Don't think that Apple Cider Vinegar is a new invention. This buzzword is quite old, but I think it may become popular again.
While I was surfing on some pages, I saw an article that talks about Apple Cider Vinegar. Then I have decieded to search and find some information about it.
What is Apple Cider Vinegar?
It is a product of fermentation. It's is a type of vinegar made from cider or apple must. Apple Cider Vinegar has a pale to medium amber color.
We can say that this is a process in which sugars in a food are broken down by bacteria and yeast. In the first phase of fermentation, the sugars are turned into alcohol. In the seconf phase, when the alcohol ferments further, you have vinegar. While vinegar can be made from all sorts of things ( like many fruits, vegetables, and grains ) apple cider vinegar comes from pulverized apples.
How does it affect weight loss?
Usually, Apple Cider Vinegar can be used for weight loss and diets. Even, there is a diet program called "Apple Cider Vinegar Diet". The main ingredient of apple cider vinegar, or any vinegar, is acetic acid. However, vinegars also have other acids, vitamins, mineral salts, and amino acids. The combination of the acidic vinegar and fruit pectin is supposedly the reason behind this solution's "fat burning effects". But it can be used for many things.
Apple Cider Vinegar have been used as a natural medicine for centruies. After my little search, what I read about Apple Cider Vinegar on some pages, it made an impression that it may become popular again.
