On Day 1, you are asked to start snacking between meals! He really teaches that you need to eat SOMETHING every 2-3 hours, starting as soon as you get up and going until an hour before bed. Sounds so counterintuitive, but it's working for me."

Actually, finding the best weight loss program is not easy. Whether you're following Food Lovers Fat Loss program or any other diet program, there are something must-knows about weight loss. I will try to provide you some extra details about weight loss.

Speed up your metabolism

One of the most crucial point you must consider while you are following a diet program is metabolism. It's the most important key weight loss determainant. You must keep in mind that your metabolic rate is what will determine how much weight you will be able to lose at a given point of time. High metabolic rate enables you to lose a lot of weight even while you're resting. However, if your metabolic rate is slow, then you should increase it. There are some ways to help you speed up your metabolism.

Ways to speed up metabolism

* Exercise: One of the best method.
* Eat often: We generally eat two or three meals a day. For metabolism boosting, take that up a notch to four of five smaller meals a day.
* Weight loss pills and supplements.
* Getting plenty of protein can boost your metabolism.
* Nibble all day: Eating five to six mini meals rather than three larger meals every day keeps your metabolism humming 24/7.
* Skip alcohol: The body burns off alcohol first, meaning that the calories in the rest of the meal are more likely to be stored as fat.

Do exercise regularly!

Nobody can know how you follow your diet program. Regardless how you follow your diet, if you lie idle all day watching TV or stting on your couch, how can you expect to lose weight? Regular exercise is a must. Do exercise regularly and never skip any single workout seassion! If you are overweight or obese, start with lighter aerobics. Just 10 minutes of exercise three times a day can make a difference. The point is to stay active. There are many ways to stay active: team sports (like basketball or volleyball), self-defense classes, dancing, yard work, running, swimming — even walking around the mall or playing outside. Even walk your dog in the morning will help you burn fat.

Don't lose too fast!

You are not the olny one among the people who is in a hurry to lose weight and fit yourself into one of your old jeans or bikinis. But you should know that you should never attempt to lose weight too fast. If you lose too fast, then it can affect your health negatively. If you think you are losing weight too fast, you should immediately see a doctor.

I hope this article can help you during your weight loss journey. By the way, if you have been trying the Food Lovers Fat Loss System, you can share your thoughts and experiments.

I think the main point of the food lovers fat loss system is about what and when to eat. The system is trying to tell that you should eat more often, so you will tend to lose weight. But you need to use right foods at right time. But it doesn't mean you can eat anytime you want or really matter what oyu eat. So, you need to eat small portions and right foods. By speeding up your metabolism eating right foods and you can lose weight without starving yourself.

Normally, if we are to judge things from the health and fitness perspective, the claim that you can eat anything and lose weight is false. Use your own judgment to decide whether this system would be good for you or not. Nevertheless, keep in mind that "eating anything" does not match the idea of health promotion.

I have come across a lot of people who say that the food fovers fat loss is a scam. But, I guess most of them who also calls the program scam, want the system to stop running. While many people suspect the system for being a scam, lots of users claim to have reputed great success with it. I trust the system and the creator.

I would like to just like to say that after having been doing the Foodlovers Fatloss system or what I love to call the "Lifestyle" for just a touch over 6 months I have never found a program so easy to follow, so forgiving and so effective. You do not have to eat foods that are strange unusual or complicated to prepare. You can eat everyday things, such as fried chicken, hamburgers, steak, baked potatoes, breast, pasta and the list goes on - it is endless. With out doing anything extraordinary or outstanding, just following the simple step by step instructions in exactly 5 months to the date I went from a deniable size 16 to a smashing size 6. I lost over 35 pounds and 20 inches. I can eat the foods I love with out question. I am enjoying food, food no longer controls me I control food. I am an active member of myfoodlovers.com. The community is wonderful the lifestyle is wonderful. drop by and look me up Hopefulhoosier is my screen name

I agree with what Sue has to say about the misuse of some words, but I would like to suggest to Sue that she look up certain words if she is not sure of their meaning. For instance, when she used the word "exert", I think that she meant "excerpt". The word exert means "to put forth or use energetically; put into action or use" while the word excerpt means "to select, take out, or quote (passages from a book, etc.); extract".

Some advice I would like to give to you is to advise you to type on MS Word, use spell check and grammar check, then you will make more sense. It also helps to read it out loud and more errors may be caught. Of course, this is assuming that the person writing something understands proper grammar. This should be applied to communication in writing. Learn the difference between the words “advice” and “advise”. The following excerts should be corrected with the following wording: “We advised her…..” “You decide whether ….. works.” “But, we advise you to visit…..” Excerpts from this site: We adviced her to come on our site and read articles about the Food Lovers Fat Loss System. You decide whether the Food Lovers Fat Loss System work. But, we advice you visit www.foodloversfatloss.com and ask your questions to the experts of Food Lovers Fat Loss System.

I did the 6 day detox drop and I'm on day 9 of the 21 day makeover. My husband and I are doing the program together; he is about 60 pounds overweight and diabetic so this program is extremely important. I can see and feel the difference and I know that, thus far, this program is working like a charm. Forget about weight loss, I am becoming the disciplined, driven soul I once was; I forgot what it was like to have a place for everything, everything in its place and the energy to put it there! Amazing!! I've been around for 54 years and have arthritis, fibromyalgia, gluten intolerance (ever since a severe systemic yeast overgrowth issue), allergies and asthma. Other than that...I'm healthy as the proverbial horse. My point…we all have issues; don't use yours as a crutch, including the fact that you may be overweight. The mind controls what you do with (or to) your body regardless of what you may think. It's all about mind over matter; my husband often says, “If you don't mind, it doesn't matter”. My husband and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary Nov. 3, our 3rd day into the detox program. We've never had any problems getting along; recently we have really been enjoying each others company again. We've experienced a paradigm shift over the last few days and we're lovin' life together again instead of just going through the motions. It's awful that, as a society, we've become so skeptical of everything because just about everyone out there is only concerned with making $$$$. Well, rumor has it the world may soon come to an end and I'm looking forward to it with joyful anticipation. Besides, I want to meet my maker and see my Dad again. God willing, my husband and I will both still be alive meaning neither one of us had to live through the burial of the other. Decide what is most important to you. Lose weight, gain it, exercise, or don't exercise, it's whatever you want. Just don't automatically expect everything to fail because you're either too scared to try or worse…too LAZY to try. For the rest of you, Keep Up the Good Work!!!

Has the Food Lovers Fat Loss System helped your arthritis, fibromyalgia, gluten intolerance, allergies or asthma? My sister has some of the same problems and barely leaves her trailer. I wondered if some weight loss would help her.

JoeBob; All of those issues can sure make one miserable. After I got the candida (yeast) under control, most of the arthritis and fibromyalgia disappeared, so I do my best to stay that way. Does your sister have candida? Yeast overgrowth is a concern for lots of people, men as well as women. If you look up Candida online you can read the multitude of symptoms it can cause. There are lab tests that pick up candida. When I had it in 1998, and tried to get a doctor to treat it, they all looked at me like I was crazy. If your sister is on or has taken drugs to suppress her immune system to treat the arthritis, you might want to ask the doctor about candida. Also, you could see a nutritionist. That's what got me on the road back to health. Does your sister have regular checkups with her doctor? Is she depressed? I know I struggled with depression brought on by being in pain all the time. Chronic pain can change the chemical composition of the brain. I've been on meds for depression for over a decade and I'm doing very well. In answer to your question, yes I believe t his diet has helped me both directly and indirectly. I eat more fruits and vegetables now than I did before this program; eating every 2-3 hours not only helps keep you satisified, it maintains energy and blood sugar levels. Those two things made such a difference in my mental attitude I wanted get back to exercising, so I walk as often as I can. I take a walk in the parking lot at work if I get a chance or I walk when I get home. In general I feel much better all over because I'm eating more nourishing meals and snacks, exercising on a regular basis and getting enough rest. Take care, God Bless, and have a Merry Christmas. _______________ _______________ __

Thanks. She seems depressed sometimes but I figure it's from being in pain and being 200 pounds over weight. I'll mention the candida and see what she says. Thanks for the info and hope you have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I lost 5 pounds with the 6 day detox then an additional 10 during the 21 day makeover. I started at 150, and now I'm down to 135. I'm still working to lose a few more pounds, and I'm feeling great about it!

Hello.. I need help... I seen this program about a month ago and decided to order it. recieving it about 10 days ago. I have been hiding for about 5- 6 years now about my weight and having a pitty party since recovering from a health issue, but now I am back on track and am so looking forward to making changes in my life. I was stalling on getting going on this program for a couple of reasons. 1) can I do it? and 2) I do not want to get on the scale...little lone take my measurements. So I did come out of hiding last week when I asked my sister to come and take PHOTO's of me.//OMG and my measurements... WOW!! it really was not as bad as I had thought because it really did not hurt me physically, but at least I have a starting point to move forward from.... I could not bring myself to stepping on the scale that day but the next morning I thought , it is time... Can not say I was happy about the weight but I did sigh a sigh of relief in that I was not as heavy as I thought I was going to be, but still too much. I have about 100 pounds to loose so the task does seem a little daunting but I have made it to day 3 of the detox program. I am having some concerns, so thought I would ask you all who are doing this to see if you have had some of the same things. I do not know where to email to ask if this is okay or not....so here goes... 1) I am having a hard time to get everything in... particularly the evening soup and tea as I am usually too tired to wait up to eat it and still leave 1hour before bed (not eating) 2) I am finding the chlorifill very hard to stomach. I actually got sick this morning after taking it and at this point I am going to cut it in 1/2 or not take it at all...3) I have been taking the cascara but nothing has happened. I actually did take 3 tablets last night and have been taking the 2 that they suggest each time but no effect... should I increase the amount? I thought this would get easier, but boy last night the meat balls i made for the family sure looked great. it was everything i could do to not try one. after today I am feeling a little discouraged around the the feeling sick but I have been busy with clients today and have not eaten since 11:00 so guess I better get a move on... if anyone has any ideas around the symptons, that would be great around. thank you

Among the many weight loss programs and diets published each year, food lovers fat loss has become one of the most realistic programs changing my thinking about eating and dieting. While there are questions to write about, it is not just a book of self dieting. It's not just a weight loss program or diet, it changes the eating habits and turns into a lifestyle.
