Can you eat the cucumbers instead of adding them to Sassy water. The Cucumber flovor is overpowering for me. If portions are to big such as pint of Grape tometoes can you reduce the quanity without adverse results. i am an 87 year old female and find the portions are large. Please advise. The fat on your tummy is very easily accumulated. You say a healthy diet, but maybe there is just a little too much of something. It does not take much extra everyday to make the difference between having a 6 pack and having a layer of fat. Also stomach exercises alone will not get rid of the fat. Reductil

I am just finishing the jumpstart days today. I have been looking at the recipes and I do not know what black olive tapenade is and there is no receipe in the Flat Belly Diet book. I live in Alaska and many of the specialty items in the diet you suggest are not locally available. Help!
