so i just finished watching this infomercial, and i am considuring buying it. i am also going to re-buy the 10 minute trainer, to help further the results the best i can. i have been looking for something that ins't really considered a diet, cause i know diets don't ever work no matter what you do. I also realize that when your loosing wieght, the weight will first turn to muscle. considering working out is part of loosing weight. im not sure this is absoloutly true, but its what ive guessed. so, im wanting to know if this is worth the money, and if its a scam?

I tried the Food Lovers Fat Loss program and I can honestly say it doesn't work! I followed it to the letter; I watched all the videos, listened to the CD's wrote down every bite I ate in the journal and ate a perfectly portioned fat loss plate exactly like the program described. I even did the work out videos each night -- I tried the program for over 21 days and did not lose a single pound. It simply does not work. It sounds good on paper but you will not get results. Don't waste your money.

Dear nancyhuelsman, Yes ok in 21 dyas you didn't lose any weight but did u take the measurements for your arms and other parts of your body...The same thing happened to me....i did the 21 Metabolism Makeover and didn't lose a pound...but i lose 2-3 inches off of my waist.....now that tells me something...don't give up....he even tells you that you may not have lost weight but you will lose inches....and slowly but surely the weight will start coming off as well.....if you turn to page 142 in his 21 MM booklet then you will see Brett's story...read it. Hope it all works out in the end

I just did the 6 day detox and I lost 16lbs I started the 21 day eating regimen and it seems like I've gained 3 pounds back. Does this suppose to happen

The primary function of the detox is to maximize the effects of the rest of the program. Weight loss is really only a side effect. Focus on following the program. You weren't suppose to weigh yourself until the 21 days were over. Change your way of thinking and focus on creating healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle.

I love this program, I have been on this program for six weeks and I have loss 5 inches off my waist , 4 inches off my thighs, 3 inches off my arms.. I am starting to fit in my cloths alot better, I am ask by my co workers each today ,what are you doing you look great and when I tell them about this program, they are signing up left and right.. This is a life change for me without going hunger. I will stay on this program. Thank you

That is the problem with all these 'weight loss' programs. Weight is the main focus. The focus should be on overall health. Part of that is weight, but as is commonly seen weight doesn't fall off overnight. Ask yourself, 'how did the weight come on?' It was very slowly. Who gains 21 pounds in 21 days? No one. So take the same concept with weight loss. Do it slowly over time. When muscle replaces fat it actually weighs more per unit volume, so that means that a 1 inch by 1 inch cube of muscle weighs more than a 1 inch by 1 inch cube of fat. This is good. When you replace fat with muscle the muscle actually burns quite a bit more energy (calories) to maintain than fat. So to those who may have not seen huge 'weight' loss in the first 21 days, worry not. Remember you have been changing your bodies make up from fat to muscle. And that is much more important and will benefit more in the long run than loosing weight quickly. Generally when weight is lost rapidly on some programs the weight that is lost is usually muscle and or water, which are both important and will hinder your progress later. With weight loss or getting in shape - the job is never done. Remember this because if you reach your goal weight then begin to do what you did to get you how you were (overweight) then you will return to where you were and didn't want to be.
